A company is looking for a Sales Analytics Analyst to support its insurance practice through data analysis and insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze agent performance and market opportunities Build dashboards and tools for sales managers to identify growth areas Provide insights for agency recruiting and territory optimization Required Qualifications 3-7 years of analytics experience, preferably in P&C insurance Strong understanding of independent agent distribution dynamics Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python or R) Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI Familiarity with predictive modeling or machine learning frameworks is preferred
