Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Risk team, including account monitoring and margin enforcement Provide guidance and performance management to Risk Analysts, ensuring adherence to policies and standards Monitor market conditions and account activity, communicating insights and recommending risk adjustments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Advanced Excel skills Experience with professional financial institutions Experience in the trading industry, preferably in futures markets Strong sense of accountability and ethics
