A company is looking for an Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom health plan reports to support local interventions and track outcomes Build intervention strategy reporting and ad hoc reports to monitor HEDIS performance Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends, assisting with special projects as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 1-3 years of experience in data mapping, profiling, and cleaning 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and PowerBI Familiarity with HEDIS and Risk data
