A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting. Key Responsibilities Designs and develops custom health plan reports to support interventions and track outcomes Builds intervention strategy reporting and ad hoc reports to monitor HEDIS performance Conducts data analysis and root cause analysis for business data issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3-5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with complex SQL queries 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop 3-5 years of experience in HEDIS analysis and performance management metrics
