Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between end users and the Systems team to ensure effective use of internal software tools Collaborate with department leaders to align system functionality with business goals and translate business needs into system requirements Track vendor release notes and evaluate new features for potential business impact, managing change communication and training Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, business systems, or CRM / ERP enablement Strong understanding of Salesforce and ERP platforms (NetSuite or similar) Experience with AI Agent platforms Experience developing and delivering training or documentation for system users Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to assess adoption and identify areas for improvement
