Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary operational partner to the Sales team, providing support and guidance on systems, processes, and workflows Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to deliver visibility into performance trends and key KPIs Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related revenue-focused roles Experience and familiarity with GTM workstreams and processes Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel / Google Sheets to organize and visualize data High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to operational accuracy
