A company is looking for an Associate - Revenue & Payment Ops. Key Responsibilities Execute day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, including invoicing, claims collection, and reconciliation Independently manage case workload and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables Serve as the primary billing contact for clients, addressing and resolving billing and payment issues efficiently Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 1-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, claims billing / coding, or related fields Background in healthcare or digital health; startup experience is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems like NetSuite, Jira, or Salesforce Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
