A company is looking for a Relationship Manager who will serve as the main daily contact for clients. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to gather required plan information and ensure accuracy Manage ongoing client communication, conduct annual fiduciary reviews, and address specific client needs Oversee the completion and filing of required government forms and ensure timely corrections of plan errors Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Preferred Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 3 or more years of experience in the retirement plan industry Experience with retirement plan software platforms such as FTW and Pension Pro is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook and Excel Completion of the ASPPA RFP course or ability to complete it within one year
