A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Reinsurance Integration & Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the integration and onboarding of new reinsurance deals, ensuring smooth transitions to business-as-usual processing Manage existing inforce business processes, including treaty compliance and audits Drive process improvements and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration Minimum 5 years of experience in business, insurance, or reinsurance administration Strong understanding of re / insurance or financial services operations Industry recognized designations are a plus (e.g., FLMI, ALMI, ARA, ARE) Proficiency with standard industry tools (MS Suite)
