Key Responsibilities Manage profitability, sales revenue growth, and strategic direction of the region Create and implement regional sales plans for various services and products Oversee a sales region of 150 to 300 employees with a revenue target of $150M to $300M Required Qualifications 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience Eight to ten years of sales and services management experience Direct budget responsibility (P&L) Knowledge of Customer Experience and Unified Communications products and services Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
