A company is looking for a Regional Head - Client Coverage Group - ASIA. Key Responsibilities : Manage regional budget and deliver targets for revenue and client acquisition Lead teams to penetrate target markets and maximize client profitability Directly manage and coach regional leaders while ensuring compliance with established processes Required Qualifications : 7+ years of experience managing client-facing teams in financial services Proven track record of managing P&L or revenue targets for a region Strong understanding of institutional client onboarding and regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to drive operational change and process adoption Experience in crypto or a strong personal interest is beneficial
