A company is looking for a Referral Program Coordinator for a PRN, day shift position. Key Responsibilities Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for Ambulatory services, procedures, and medications Obtain prior authorizations, schedule patients, and manage inbound and outbound phone calls Communicate with patients via online chat Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Certified Medical Assistant is preferred
