Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers Monitor recruitment metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies Collaborate with HR and operational teams to adapt recruitment processes to meet tournament requirements and ensure personnel deployment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR / Workforce functions Strong organizational and analytical skills with a deep knowledge of modern recruitment technologies Demonstrated ability to project manage and work independently in a high-volume environment Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and / or French is a plus
