A company is looking for a Quality & Standards Engineer to lead and maintain quality and standards programs in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) team. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of transmission line design standards and ensure compliance with industry standards Manage the T&D Quality program and facilitate training on quality procedures and best practices Assist with training and onboarding of new technical staff while providing mentorship on industry standards and client requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university or equivalent 5+ years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution Engineering field preferred Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Experience with PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and MFAD Permanent authorization to work in the US
