Key Responsibilities Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the IoT platform Compose joint success plans with customers and orchestrate executive business reviews Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow changes Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role Experience supporting or working with technical products Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with various stakeholders Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations is preferred
