A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Provider Network Operations. Key Responsibilities : Oversee end-to-end operations and expansions for provider networks in the US & Canada Understand and enhance the company's strategic positioning within the healthcare ecosystem Define and deliver on KPIs related to provider network operations and lead a team of individual contributors Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in provider network operations or healthcare operations 3+ years of people management experience Experience managing large-scale networks and operationally-focused teams Strong organizational and program management skills
