A company is looking for a Provider Analytics Team Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Analysts, providing technical direction and reviewing analytical deliverables Identify and implement automation initiatives to enhance data reliability and reduce manual effort Serve as a subject matter expert in provider data, conducting complex analyses and addressing data quality issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of data analysis experience, particularly with healthcare data 2+ years of experience leading analytical work or small teams Advanced SQL proficiency and strong experience using Python for data analysis Solid understanding of healthcare provider data and related industry-standard reference datasets
