A company is looking for a Proposal Project Manager who will lead and coordinate the proposal development process for RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete proposal lifecycle from kickoff through final submission Coordinate content contributions from sales, delivery teams, and subject matter experts Ensure all content meets RFP requirements and reflects company standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Some experience in proposal management, proposal writing, RFP coordination, or project management Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accountability
