A company is looking for a Project Manager - Strategic Workforce Analytics (Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead design, implementation, and improvement of Resource Management processes and systems Prepare and deliver workforce planning reports and dashboards to support decision-making Coordinate integration activities across platforms and maintain resource management workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience Project Management or consulting experience Hands-on experience with Eightfold or similar Talent Intelligence platforms Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced analytics platforms Strong understanding of data workflows, integrations, and process automation
