A company is looking for a Project Manager Strategic Advisor-1. Key Responsibilities Assist with the vision and direction of the HR team, including employee engagement and policy development Act as an advisor to the HR management team and coordinate activities and assignments Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, computer science, or a related discipline Seven years of experience in strategic development, project management, or human resources Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and methodologies Experience with enterprise-level transformation work is a plus Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills
