A company is looking for a Project Manager, Design and Construction. Key Responsibilities Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors while managing project documentation and progress reports Identify and mitigate project risks, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or facilities management Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications Experience managing multiple projects remotely across multiple states Proficiency in creating project schedules, budgets, and Gantt charts
