A company is looking for a Project Manager - Customer Services Applications. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans, oversee implementation, and manage risks Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support the Customer Services Organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5+ years in IT Project Management (not software development PM) Proven track record in project management methodologies (SAFe Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Experience working with global teams and applications in Agile methodology Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft environment
