A company is looking for a Project and Service Management (Staff Officer). Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and manage assigned projects following NATO regulations and NCIA policies Provide Subject Matter Expertise to support ESOC Service Management and its integration with the NCIA Service Management System Assist in the coordination of activities related to the ESOC ISO / IEC 20000 certification effort Required Qualifications Active NATO SECRET security clearance Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a recognized university At least 8 years of experience in Project Management At least 5 years of experience in Service Management practices Recognized Project Management and Service Management certifications (e.g., PRINCE 2, ITIL, ISO / IEC 20000)
