A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Management. Key Responsibilities Develop and operate the Project Management function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals Lead and mentor project management staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Manage project execution in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in life science preferred Minimum of seven years of industry-related experience, including three years in a leadership role 8+ years of Project Management experience with a strong understanding of principles and techniques 4 years of management experience, specifically with matrix teams and cross-functional collaboration 5+ years of experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
