A company is looking for a Program Manager, RFPs & Adoptions. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program management for state and district adoptions and formal RFPs Partner closely with various teams to drive adoption readiness Define and improve processes for adoption tracking and RFP submission workflows Identify gaps or risks related to adoption requirements and dependencies Serve as the internal point of contact for adoption and RFP status Required Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience, PMP certification preferred Experience managing complex timelines across multiple stakeholders Strong organizational skills to manage parallel workstreams Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting plans as needed Ability to handle confidential material reliably
