Key Responsibilities Own recruiting operations programs for Engineering, Product, and Design teams Manage interview training programs and maintain training materials Identify and drive operational improvements for effective recruiting processes Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, or project management Passion for building inclusive and scalable programs Strong ownership and critical thinking skills Ability to think creatively and build programs from scratch Data-driven approach to evaluating program impact and making decisions
