A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech 3. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans and overseeing integration of activities Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members while supporting their professional development Required Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing cross-organizational programs, preferably in a technology environment Proficiency in managing strategic projects, with experience in Azure and strong PowerPoint skills Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification is preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility
