A company is looking for a Program Manager, National Accounts to support its Employee Benefits practice. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage multiple client-facing and internal initiatives Develop and execute integrated project plans for major client deliverables Ensure timely delivery of programs and projects while managing stakeholder expectations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools PMI certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP) preferred At least 4-6 years in diverse roles with leadership responsibilities across major projects
