Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the internship and early-career recruiting programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates, interns, and host teams Lead end-to-end program operations including project planning, timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration Measure and improve program performance by tracking data, analyzing feedback, and implementing actionable improvements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in building or running early-career / internship programs Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end Emerging Talent programs with a focus on candidate and intern experiences Experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and program delivery Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively Experience in using data and feedback to drive measurable improvements in engagement and program outcomes
