Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary program manager for Epic clinical tools, coordinating enhancements and cross-functional initiatives Design and implement mechanisms for project intake, prioritization, and tracking of clinical tool projects Facilitate working sessions with leadership and staff to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional technology or clinical application programs in healthcare Hands-on experience with Epic clinical applications and understanding of clinical workflows Strong ability to define project scope and create executable plans from evolving business needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and visualization tools Experience with documentation including project plans and process flows
