Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and direct the delivery of large, complex projects and programs, implementing PMO governance frameworks Lead and empower project teams, fostering collaboration and managing resource planning across multiple programs Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on vision and manage expectations regarding scope changes Required Qualifications Experience in driving business transformation in a program management role Extensive experience with large-scale enterprise transformational initiatives Ability to work independently and structure processes in ambiguous situations Strong executive-level communication skills Knowledge of Salesforce solutions and experience with AI productivity tools
