A company is looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-level requirements discovery and solution design for Salesforce-centric implementations and integrations Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, advising on platform capabilities and supporting scalable solutions Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical documentation, partnering with engineering and QA teams Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 2-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an agile delivery environment Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, configuration, and data models Ability to assess processes and apply LEAN or structured analysis techniques for efficiency Experience with integrated enterprise systems and SQL-based data analysis
