A company is looking for a President to lead the organization through its next phase of significant scale. Key Responsibilities Establish a structured business rhythm and meeting cadence for the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and accountability Direct the CMO and SVP of Revenue to generate a higher volume of qualified opportunities and execute a standardized customer retention framework Ensure the product roadmap is ROI-driven and work with Product and Engineering to refine the roadmap selection process Required Qualifications Experience in leading or significantly contributing to the growth of a B2B SaaS company, ideally scaling from $50M to $100M+ ARR Proven ability to translate priorities into focused action and deliver measurable business results Experience in building systems and leadership accountability to scale operations effectively Demonstrated cross-functional leadership capabilities, aligning multiple departments around shared outcomes Ability to navigate conflict and pressure with calmness and clarity while leading a founding team
