A company is looking for a Practice Transformation Liaison. Key Responsibilities Lead ACO Quality Reporting and ensure compliance with CMS regulations Conduct performance analytics and reporting to drive quality improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to align on performance improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in value-based care operations, analytics, or CMS quality reporting Demonstrated experience in ACO Quality reporting types, including eCQMs and MIPS Advanced understanding of CMS regulations and healthcare data workflows Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and business intelligence platforms
