Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talent Create and implement short and long-term hiring plans while evaluating current staffing levels Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and / or five years of physician / APP recruitment experience Experience in communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadership Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulations Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements Proven record of success in Physician and APP recruitment
