A company is looking for a Pharmacy Claims Analyst for a fully remote position based in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities Analyze, build, and maintain pharmacy benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance Provide cross-functional support by communicating benefit decisions and participating in audits and process improvements Lead pharmacy benefit operations and projects, collaborating with management to meet performance goals Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree highly preferred Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy / Rx claims experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required Experience using Pivot Tables and / or VLOOKUP's required
