A company is looking for a Lead, People Analytics Business Relationship Manager. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact between business leaders, HR, and the HR analytics team to understand workforce priorities and challenges Translate business needs into analytics requirements, dashboards, reports, and predictive models for actionable insights Drive adoption and utilization of HR analytics tools across business units and support data-driven decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in data engineering, or a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR business partner, or business relationship management Strong understanding of HR processes and data domains Experience with HR analytics platforms such as Visier and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Experience working with Agile development frameworks
