Key Responsibilities : Serve as a resource and mentor for junior staff, handling complex inquiries and escalated issues Manage patient inquiries across various platforms and ensure appropriate resolution or routing Optimize appointment scheduling and assist with data collection and reporting to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalency certificate Must live within a commutable distance 3+ years of experience in a clinical or customer service setting (preferred) Experience with scheduling software and electronic medical records systems (preferred) Solid technical proficiency in Microsoft applications (preferred)
