Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day workflows across production and paid media projects, including budgeting and vendor coordination Coordinate the creative approval process and ensure timely delivery of assets and materials Build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and vendors in a hybrid work environment Required Qualifications Demonstrated project management experience, including planning and execution Experience managing project workflows for production and paid media Comfort with budget management and tracking Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
