Key Responsibilities Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to client and organizational goals Oversee execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms Monitor performance and provide insights to improve campaign processes and workflows Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, paid media, or growth marketing Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across major platforms (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic) Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines simultaneously Ability to explain performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
