A company is looking for a Program Manager, Organizational Readiness. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs for product launches and strategic initiatives Apply Lean methodology to streamline workflows and improve operational processes Lead change management efforts and develop training plans to support new initiatives Required Qualifications 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a software or technology company Proven experience in managing organizational change and applying Lean methodology Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
