Key Responsibilities : Serve as a liaison among Services, Sales, and clients to support service delivery Oversee the full lifecycle of operational engagement and project management activities Manage SOWs, ensuring timely and accurate revenue and cost recognition Required Qualifications : Experience in services operations, project coordination, or customer engagement Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools Background in implementing process improvement projects Expertise in Power BI and Excel for dashboard creation Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
