A company is looking for an Operations & Product Research Manager to lead critical operational teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the Platform Account Operations and Strategic Product Curation teams Optimize platform account readiness and improve strategic product curation quality through effective guidelines and methodologies Facilitate cross-team collaboration by communicating operational challenges and participating in strategic discussions Required Qualifications Experience with high-volume account lifecycle processes, including initial setup and maintenance Experience working with proxies, VPNs, and geo-positioning emulation technologies Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel Experience managing operational or technical teams for 3+ years In-depth understanding of digital platform ecosystems and account behavior
