Key Responsibilities Map and document workflows, identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes for clarity and scalability Prototype and implement operational improvements and light automation to enhance efficiency Coordinate new service launches, defining workflows and resource needs in collaboration with various teams Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or workflow design Strong process-mapping skills and familiarity with automation / low-code tools Technical fluency to configure APIs and troubleshoot integrations Experience in healthcare operations, HR tech, or service logistics is a plus Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback
