A company is looking for an Operations Accountant. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly sales audits, wholesale invoicing, and prepare DTC sales and COGS entries Manage supplier transactions and maintain vendor records while ensuring timely approvals and transaction syncing Support inventory accounting, monthly financial closing processes, and assist with external audit requests Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required 2-4+ years of accounting experience with AR and AP activities Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis Knowledge of business accounting systems, with QuickBooks experience Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
