Key Responsibilities Support Field Service personnel with timekeeping, onboarding, forecasting, and revenue tracking Manage Electronic Timecard (eTC) audits, Salesforce updates, and billable Work Order revenue reports Conduct onboarding and training for new customer service engineers and manage administrative tasks related to invoicing and purchase orders Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with graduation by 12 / 31 / 2026 Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or customer service experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship This is a remote role; no relocation benefit is offered
