Key Responsibilities Works with customers to present technical solutions for complex business functionalities Provides customer support by leading demos and presentations while prioritizing work assignments based on project plans Analyzes user requirements and acts as the requirements subject matter expert, supporting requirements change management Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3+ years of business analysis experience Minimum 3 years of experience on large complex projects with domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and / or healthcare verticals Strong knowledge in Medicare policies, claims adjudication, and reimbursement methodologies Experience with Business Analysis Process (SDLC, documentation procedures) Experience facilitating customer-facing requirements and design sessions
