A company is looking for a Member Services Manager (Advanced Practice Provider licensed in MI, MD, NY, or IL). Key Responsibilities Manage three teams : Outreach Specialists, Care Coordinators, and Member Engagement Specialists to drive member enrollment and engagement Ensure process oversight, target achievement, and performance management of the teams, providing necessary tools and support Oversee Value Based Services (VBS) management and care management services, developing materials and monitoring progress towards targets Required Qualifications Valid unrestricted APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) license in MI, MD, NY, or IL 5+ years of relevant experience People management experience Understanding of managed care and value-based care models preferred Exceptionally organized and process-oriented
