A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote. Key Responsibilities Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform quality checks on work to assure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper invoicing Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional appearance and work area Required Qualifications High School Diploma (GED) required A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred Strong computer software experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required Ability to type 50 words per minute and operate office equipment such as fax machines and scanners Self-motivated, team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
