Key Responsibilities : Screen incoming patient inquiries and direct them appropriately Resolve patient issues and ensure satisfaction while advocating for patients Facilitate the updating of patient records and assist with administrative requests Required Qualifications : Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs Electronic medical record (EMR) experience or aptitude for mastering EMR Demonstrated technology-literate skill sets Must live within a commutable distance 1+ years of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred
